# Sami Douba's Webpage

I am a Huawei Young Talents Program Fellow at the Institut des Hautes Études Scientifiques, under the mentorship of Fanny Kassel. Broadly speaking, I am interested in the representation theory of finitely generated infinite groups and its interactions with geometry, topology, dynamics, and commutative algebra.

I completed my Ph.D. at McGill University under the supervision of Piotr Przytycki and Dmitry Jakobson.
