Cathay Innovation Joins the IHES Community of Supporters

IHES is pleased to announce that Cathay Innovation has joined its community of donors. The investment firm has committed to donating €30,000 per year to the Institute for ten years, for a total contribution of €300,000. This long-term commitment reflects a shared conviction: the most significant scientific breakthroughs are built over time, away from the constraints of immediate profitability.

For IHES, whose model is founded on academic freedom and the support of public and private partners, the commitment of a donor over a decade represents invaluable support. It enables the Institute to continue providing the researchers it welcomes with a rare environment entirely dedicated to the pursuit of ideas and the exploration of mathematics and theoretical physics.

By joining IHES’s community of supporters, Cathay Innovation reaffirms its commitment to research conducted in complete freedom, whose fruits contribute to the advancement of knowledge over the long term.
