Data processing
IHES affirms its commitment to respect the laws and regulations applicable to the protection of personal data, and undertakes to preserve their security, confidentiality and integrity during their collection, processing and storage. The IHES collects, stores and processes this data in accordance with legal provisions, in particular Law No 78-17 of 6 January 1978, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals, with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation or “GDPR”) and more generally all legal provisions in force.
The operations carried out by IHES are based on the legal bases established in the GDPR, and in particular on the legitimate interest of IHES, the consent of the data subject to the processing of their data and the need to process personal data in order to comply with a legal obligation.
IHES is aware that the persons whose personal data it processes are the masters of their data, and it attaches great importance to the fairness and transparency of any processing operations. All processing operations carried out by IHES pursue explicit, legitimate and determined purposes.
The IHES may collect, process, manage and reuse data electronically. Access to the information recorded in the IHES databases is strictly reserved to IHES and its subcontractors and IHES formally undertakes not to sell or rent to anyone and for any reason whatsoever the personal information collected.
The data are kept for as long as strictly necessary to achieve the purposes (and in particular for a period of three years calculated from the last consent obtained).
In accordance with the applicable regulations, any data subject has rights over his or her personal data, in particular the rights of access, rectification, deletion, processing limitation, portability and opposition to the processing of their personal data. In order to exercise these rights, they can contact us at the following address dpo@ihes.fr. In addition, in accordance with the GDPR, they may file a complaint with the CNIL.
