IHES funding

A foundation in the public interest since 1981, IHES has needed to find several funding streams to finance operations and ensure scientific development. The Institute’s essence is reflected in its current funding structure: a French research center with international influence.

An annual budget of around 6 M€ (2005-2015 average)

The Institute has just met the 5 million euro challenge-gift set by the Simons Foundation.
